Jerry was born and raised in Massachusetts, the seat of the first American Revolution. When he was very young, he studied American history including the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, and really believed that they were meant to be followed.

Jerry is one of only a handful of people ever admitted to an American Bar Association law school with only one year of junior college. After trying law school for a year, he found the law too adverserial for his temperment, and went back into business.

Over the years, Jerry has blended his understanding of the law with business and come up with many creative combinations of the two. Nothing he has ever come up with before, however, tops his latest idea of time sliced display advertising for political campaigns.

Jerry is also an interfaith pastoral counselor, and serves on the board of several churches.

Jerry asks all supporters, churches, and prayer groups to join him regularly in praying the following passage of scripture:

"... for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me." Psalms 31:3.
